Returns and Exchanges

Returns are available within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product. Items
purchased on sale or made to order (custom made designer pieces, personalized items)
cannot be returned. In case of returns, the shipping charges cannot be refunded. No returns will be accepted if the barcode tag is damaged/missing/removed.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

2. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn
and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items
that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return.
Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted
and will be sent back to the customer.
3. Customers are welcome to use the shipping method of their choice, also the
shipping charges for the returns are to be borne by the customers.

If you have received a gift with your purchase, then it is compulsory to return the gift along
with your order. In the event, that you do not return the gift along with the purchased item,
the refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.

Refunds are processed as credits or coupon codes with a lifetime validity which can be used
for your future purchases on swarav.in

Please allow at least 7-9 days for the entire return process to be completed.

You can exchange an item purchased on ashiyanjewels.com with the same item or another one,
however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Track Order:

Our tracking partners Canada Post will assist you with all your tracking needs.

Once the order is dispatched, you can track your products via the tracking number provided
to you on your email.
